Acceptance of Terms

Certain products and services may from time to time be made available to the candidate (hereinafter referred to as “you” or “User”) enrolled in various courses offered by My SAT Guide, (hereinafter referred to as “our,” “us,” or “we”).

By registering or purchasing any products or services through the My SAT Guide website or application, you signify that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) in effect during the entire validity period of the products and services being made available to you.

These Terms and Conditions of use are subject to change without prior written notice at any time, at My SAT Guide’s sole discretion, and such changes shall apply to any purchases made after such changes are posted on the requisite platform. Therefore, you should review these Terms of Use prior to each registration or purchase. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use or any part thereof, do not make any purchases or register with our courses.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY AS THEY CONTAIN IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, REMEDIES, AND OBLIGATIONS.

1. Accounts

To create an account on the My SAT Guide website or application for enrolling in the desired courses, you must be at least 18 years of age. If you are a minor, the account may be created by a guardian entitled to act on your behalf. My SAT Guide reserves the right to terminate the account in the event of any age-related fraud on the user’s end.

An account is required for availing of the services and products we offer. This includes purchasing online products and services, enrolling in desired courses, gaining access to course material, etc. Accounts may be paid or free, depending on the course chosen by the user. You must provide correct and complete information in all fields at the time of enrollment. Once all formalities are completed, you will be provided with a registration ID and password. It is your responsibility to keep your password safe. We will not be responsible for any misuse of your account if you share your login credentials with others, nor will we interfere in disputes arising from such matters. In other events of misuse where no information has been shared by you, please inform us immediately by contacting our support team.

You are completely responsible for your account and all activities taking place on it, including any harm or damage (to us or anyone else) caused by you or someone using your account without your permission. You must be careful with your login credentials, especially the password.

Your account is non-transferable, and you will not be given access to another user’s account. In the event of your death, the account shall be closed.

You can close or terminate your account at any time by following the provided steps.

2. Enrollment Rights and Access to Account

After enrolling, you will get access to your account and course materials for a limited period. The account will be closed automatically once the time period allotted for the enrolled course lapses. We reserve the right to disable or terminate your account before the expiry of the allotted time period in the event of an emergency or because of legal or policy reasons.

Once an account has been created, whether paid or free, you will get a limited right to access the course material and associated benefits included in the course. This right is educational, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-commercial. Under no circumstances will you have the right to resell the course or reproduce copies of the course material for any purpose. You are not allowed to redistribute, transmit, sell, share, lend, edit, or modify the course material and services.

3. Pricing of Courses, Payment Methods, and Refunds

a. Pricing

Different courses have different prices, and some may be offered free of cost. Pricing for the same course may differ on the website and application due to sales and promotions.

My SAT Guide runs promotional services where certain courses are available at discounted prices. These offers may be available only to selected users and not to everyone. The discounted price is valid only while the promotional service is in effect. Therefore, the course price is the current price at the time of purchase.

The price of a course may be raised or dropped at any time and may differ from the price charged at the time of purchase.

b. Payment Methods

For paid courses, you agree to pay the requisite fees for courses purchased, authorizing us to charge your debit or credit card or process other means of payment for those fees.

When making a purchase, you agree not to use an invalid or unauthorized payment method. If your payment method fails, you will not be given access to the desired course.

We currently accept the following forms of payment:

– Credit cards and certain Debit cards

– Direct Debit of accounts with certain banks

Note: By submitting an order through the My SAT Guide website, you authorize the Company, or its designated payment processor, to charge the account you specify for the purchase amount.

All payments are to be made in Indian Rupees.

c. Cancellations & Refunds

As a general rule, all sales made on My SAT Guide are final once an order confirmation is sent. No cancellations are allowed.

There is no refund policy for online courses sold on My SAT Guide. However, if a Money Back Guarantee is advertised on individual course pages, My SAT Guide will abide by such commitments as applicable on the day of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of fraudulent intentions, account misuse, or any other deceitful reasons.

In certain special circumstances, a customer may claim a refund:

– Duplicate Purchase: If a course is purchased twice by mistake, intimation must be provided within 48 hours of purchase. After due diligence, a refund may be initiated.

– Wrong Course Purchase: If a wrong course is selected during payment, information must be provided within 24 hours of purchase. The course fee may be adjusted against another course fee, not settled in cash.

For exceptional or unforeseen circumstances, contact connect@mysatguide.com to explain applicable reasons. My SAT Guide has sole discretion to hear and admit requests based on prevailing circumstances.

4. Use of Your Account

You agree that your account or the course material shall not be used:

– For commercial purposes

– For any illegal or unlawful purposes

– For sending chain letters, junk mail, spam communication of any kind

– For advertising any product, services, or company

– For harassing, threatening, or abusing any other user

– For obtaining personal information or account-related information from other users

The services shall not be used detrimentally to other users or to cause issues in another person’s computer systems or networks.

You alone shall be liable for any breaches of the matters stated above, and we hold no responsibility for matters arising from such breaches.

You shall be responsible for content posted on our platforms, irrespective of its form. Before posting content, ensure it does not breach local or national laws or the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our guidelines or appears unlawful, inappropriate, or objectionable.

By submitting or posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive right to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute your content in all media or distribution methods without compensation. This includes making your content available to partners. You represent and warrant that you have all the rights, power, and authority to authorize us to use any submitted content.

You are responsible for logging out of your account at the end of each session.

5. Our Rights

All services, products, and content material available through your account remain the property of My SAT Guide. Access is granted by license or permission; it is not sold to you. Creating an account does not give you any right to use our name in any manner, which would breach our Intellectual Property Rights.

My SAT Guide has the absolute right to alter, edit, remove, suspend, or refuse to share any content without prior notice.

We may preserve or disclose your content and personal information if necessary for compliance with local or national laws, our policies, or in cases of rights infringement by another user.

By registering or purchasing on our website or application, you become a bona fide student of My SAT Guide and authorize us to use your name and photograph in promotional communications, such as newspapers, ads, leaflets, etc. You will not make any claims of any nature.

You may receive regular updates from us on new products, exclusive offers, institute information, etc.

6. Closure/Termination of Account

Termination by you: You may terminate your subscription at any time by sending us an email. Such termination will not change any amounts due to us.

Termination by My SAT Guide:

Your account will be automatically closed once the time limit for the enrolled course expires.

We reserve the exclusive right to terminate or suspend your use of our services and products or ban your account at any time without prior notice if:

– You violate any of our policies or terms and conditions

– You fail to pay the requisite fee

– You breach any local or national laws

– You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities

– Due to technical problems

We hold no liability for account termination or content removal posted by you on our platform.

7. Using Our Services at Your Own Risk

At My SAT Guide, we strive to provide quality material. We endeavor to review courses and their legality but do not guarantee complete reliability, validity, or accuracy. Enrolling with us means you rely on our materials, services, and products at your own risk. We will not be responsible if you do not clear exams or achieve success after enrolling in our courses.

Courses or materials may seem strenuous, and by enrolling, you agree to assume full responsibility for risks, such as illness, bodily injury, disability
